About the Course

Filing Package Preparation & Filing: Develop practical paralegal skills in assembling application documents, preparing filing packages and understanding the procedures involved in filing a US patent application.
Hands-on Docketing Simulations: Move beyond theory with fictional patent cases that challenge you to interpret USPTO documents, identify required actions, calculate deadlines and create accurate docket entries, with field-level feedback to sharpen your judgement
Why does this matter for your career?
Whether you're entering the IP profession, transitioning into US patent operations or looking to advance your existing paralegal career, developing these specialised skills can help you strengthen your professional profile, prepare for greater responsibilities and pursue opportunities with IP law firms, corporate IP teams and patent services organisations.
